"The bolts that secure the seat saddle clamp to the seat can break causing you to fall. Trek has received four reports, one involving a broken tooth and lip injury. The bikes were sold at specialty bike shops between May and September."

That was me this July. Riding along at slow speed, stood for a small rise and my seat fell off the seat post as I touched it with my butt. The seat bag kept the seat from falling into the tire. Sheared bolt head.

Lucky I found someone to pick me up, otherwise. It was a 6 mile ride home standing up.
