Well, the really fast guys do it in 45 minutes. Slow guys like me do it in about 1.5 to 2 hours. Not sure on how much elevation change there is but there are quite a few climbs on there and they do work you. Since riding there(3 times) i have already lost 9 lbs! The layout really isn't technical by any means. It starts with a horse trail to a singletrack to quite a few hill climbs. The hills are rewarded by nice short down hills but the climbs are well worth the burn. I suspect i burn about 700+ calories on this ride. Regardless of the layout, i recommend one needs to try it out at least once. Then they can decided if they want to come back or not. Hope to see you Sunday!
