I'm sure they do quite well with advertising. Their time gimmick ensures that people make multiple visits per day, giving the ads (which probably represent less attractive deals) very high exposure.
if you follow them on fb or twitter they tell you whats going up. I think they do a good job of keeping good stuff up.
