I had that in to three bike shops. The original shop said it was as good as it was going to get. I stopped when traveling to another shop, they adjusted the derailleurs and said it should be better. It wasn't. I wrote Cannondale, they got me in touch with yet another shop that changed the chain rings, cables and front derailleur. Still no resolution. A couple of months later I was in bike shop that wasn't a Cannondale dealer, getting tires swapped out on the Cannondale. I casually mentioned the issue to the mechanic as he was changing my tires. In 30 seconds he figured out that it was the kickstand mount interfering with the cable. He changed the mount, now the bike works perfect.

Good to try another shop. The first shop is stuck on the idea it is your fault.
