I can't speak for either Superior, for I haven't ridden either yet (ditto for the green '73) but my favorite of the lot is the beat-up '61. I've racked up many miles on it, both enjoyable and otherwise. It fits perfectly - even though it doesn't look it - and it's never given much mechanical complaint, save for when I initially built it with bulged-bead Araya rims. Otherwise, I've done the BB once on it, and replaced the B.17 I initially built it with. Unfortunately, the B.15 presently on it is an unworthy successor - an Ultimate Arse Hatchet™ to be precise.
The interesting thing will be to see how the red Superior stacks up. I built it with my preferences from the '61 in mind; especially the 3TTT handlebars, which are similar in fit to the '61s Titan set. I also fitted it with SR platform pedals which suit my wide feet, in contrast to the Campagnolo Record pedals on everything except the '61. The '61 has Lyotard rat-traps similar to original specifications. Never been keen on the Lyotard's build quality, but they've been the most comfortable set of pedals I've ridden.
