I was on a work trip for 9 days, which puts a damper on things. Of those 9 days, I actually got on some sort of a bike 5 times, which isn't too bad.
2 days recumbent at the hotel doing 'hills'. A hot fitness room es no bueno.
1 day on my travel bike doing RPE~15 2x20's.
1 day on a spin bike at a local YMCA doing a ZeCanon set (Livestrong bike, actually a pretty decent spin bike FWIW)
1 day on a spin bike at a Gold's Gym for a 1/2 hour (right before they closed) of 30s on / 30s off. I was ready to fall off the bike after that one.
Yesterday was my first day back at home and I went for a cruise. I don't seem to be too far off where I was before the trip. That's a victory right there.
I also tried to be really good with food, which is tough on the road. Basically, I didn't eat much. Lost about 1-1.5 pounds, which is about what I usually gain.
