From a performance/efficiency perspective, you'll be hard pressed to see any material advantage from the SR under conditions other than intensive racing efforts. Being Campy you'll find both are durable and reliable. If the money is the same, I would go with the 2009 SR for the marginal weight advantage (~15 gms lighter).
