I am little confused on headset option.Does it mean ONLY integrated?I have parts from old trek I like to move but its not integrated.

I was looking to buy Tommaso frame but they sold out.Sure they are ok frames out there but I am looking for light weight under 4lb.

What do you guys think.Should I buy? or you have better suggestion.
I have old 2000 trek 1000.I replaced the wheels,crank,breaks,but the frame is heavy with steel fork.I hate that headset is 1"
Anyway seriously want to build the bike under 20lb.
