I just emailed my dietitian. It's funny how she insists that my RMR is 900. If that was the case I must have been burning 2200 calories per day during exercise to see that 2 lbs reduction in body weight per week. Which equals to 4+ hours of cycling PER DAY. Which I don't do.
I just want her to admit that it's not logical. Numbers don't add up. But she won't. Wtf.
