Don't drink

In fact I don't drink any liquid calories except for 8oz of orange juice in the morning (down from 16oz).

As far as commuting goes, I was shooting for 4 this week, but I got a really crappy sleep last night so I just didn't have the willpower to make it this morning. I'm quite disappointed in myself because it's a wonderful day out, and there's not going to be many of these left. I'll definitely be making it tomorrow though. The commutes back, however... are always slower than the commutes there. For some reason in the afternoon I just don't have as much energy left anymore to really gun it.
