im positive there is no fixing bolt no grub screw no nothing also another thing that leads me to beleive it took a quill stem is about 8 or inches into the seat tube there is a stop so nothing can get past this point which would make sense and lines up with what someone else was saying about the aluminum sleeve inside the tube to protect it i guess ill have to buy a caliper of some sort to find out what i need, figured id ask before i go spending money!
