That retrogression fork looks really really similar to the fork on my 08 madison. I was trying to find a geo chart to see if it was a copy. Any insight scrod? I happened to be one of those who was cursed with a madison with the steerer tube cut too short to accomodate spacers. If it really is a replica or super close I may be tempted.
