Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

How do you plan to handle the brake reach problem? The radial difference between 700C (ISO 622) and 650B (ISO 584) rims is 19 mm and most brakes don't have nearly that range of adjustment.
