I've got one of those AP series Rummy bags (same bag as the normal Rummy, but different materials). There is velcro on the flap that covers the two quick access cargo pockets and on the flap to secure the main opening if you want to use it in roll-top mode. The velcro is really loud but strong. So strong that I'm hesitant to call those cargo pockets quick-access.
