He has been planning to build this up for over a year, as a fixie beach cruiser using any old parts (ie bmx cranks, late 80's mavic wheels)

I'd like to know the ages of the bike and surgestions for period correct parts for building it up to how it was originally. I usually only buy 70's and 80's era bikes so this bike needs your help!
