Then my question is why buy a pump that needs someone to use locktite on the valve core? I brought the Lezyne floor pump and it doesn't inflate any easier or faster than other brands - Specialized, Joe Blow, etc. They don't pull out the core.
I went with the Lezyne b/cos it solved a problem I was having at that time, which was that my valve stems were getting torn off my tubes with my old pump.
