Explaination on Bunnyhopping,J-hoping/Nollie,The reverse J-hop/Reverse Nollie.
Bunnyhopping is the most important trick in BMX, if you can't bunny hop, then you suck ****ing ass. I learned how to bunny hop last year on my Hoop-D(a 40 pound bike). I took my about 1 hour of crouching and pulling up to get the motion down. The techinuque i use is have your dominent foot back on your crank, and you other front, crouch on the bike benching your knees until the handlebars com to your chest, and quickly pull up. J-hoping, or Nollieing, is easy, once you get the bunny hop down, you pull your front end in the air first then pull up the back end of your bike. I even know a kid who can nollie about 4 feet in the air. Reverse Nollie is the exact oposit of that you pull you back tire up then your front. I and another kid I know are the only people that I ride with that can do this.
