I think that is one of the harder bikes to recreate as original. I have a customer that had Cyclart do one. I've only seen photos of it:

And I would never judge paint work from photos on the computer. But you might email him through Flickr. Perhaps you could arrange to see the bike in person if you are in that part of the country?
I do not think Baylis would do it (I asked him a long time ago about one, and he wouldn't). Velocolor in Canada would be my first choice these days. But I have not seen any restorations that had the transluscence and for lack of a better word "pop" that the original Legnano metallic green has.
