McMaster's has everything. I haven't ordered from them yet, but one day, I hope to.

That design turned out to be bad for bikes. If the ears got bent, the seat binder bolt would snap, and there was no way of getting replacements to stop doing so. It seemed like a great idea when it came out, but then it went away, which was a good thing.
