I have a MTB triple on my hybrid. I've always had issues with the fd (suntour piece of crap). I just replaced my shifter cables with some Jagwire L3 cable housings and Jagwire inner cables. The shop I took the bike+cables to, to get the cables cut down to size (my only cable cutters are a really old pair of ****s) helped me get the derailleurs adjusted. On their workstand, the fd was able to cycle between all 3 chainrings. While riding, I noticed I couldn't go from the outer chainring to the middle, so I messed with the barrel adjuster. I got it to shift from the outer chainring to the middle (my two most used rings), but not from middle to inner ring. I remember a while back when I was climbing a large hill in the summer, I was not able to use the inner chainring. How do I fix this? Do I adjust the limit screws?

Actually, come to think of it, I don't think I've ever used the inner chainring. But I'd like to have the ability to use it.
