I'm tempted to believe that this is at least partially the case. Whenever any female friends of mine show any amount of leg hair, it's always such fine and relatively sparse hair. My hair is definitely neither.
Wouldn't using an electric razor just make my legs feel like sandpaper all the time? That sounds quite unpleasant.
