Looks a lot like my 1974 Nishiki Professional, which has the long lug points, a biplane fork crown on track style fork, and is a fantastic bike. Based on the badge that looks identical to the one on my bike, I would say it is early to mid seventies. It could well be a Road Compe. Whatever it is, nice bike! It should give a beautiful ride.
