Bikes: Scattante

Scattante frame build up "work in progress"

Got more goodies today.
1st I am on severe budget so don't expect to see expansive parts. My aim is to build street worthy, hard core, kick in the groins bike that can take Boston's path holes.Goal is weighing less then 20lb..
So far managed to shave 70 grams from very long seatpost. Bought excellent light nashbar seat 190g on sale $19
I have Sora hollowtech crankset coming (should cut 200g from old Trek crankset with BB
Look classic (replacing Shimano 535M should shed over 100g)
105 short derailleur. (old 310g new 221g)

All these parts are replacements of my older heavier parts from 04 trek 1000
Wheel-set is from Ebay and I suspect they are better then Neuvations in terms of heavy duty use.
Rims are Alex solid pro 28
Weight 1900 for set.Again goal is budget plus street heavy duty use. These are great.
Best part I got them less then $100 with shipping.
Here she is.
The bike looks stunning to me.
