Bikes: Old Steelies I made, Old Cannondales

American Classic (and someone else I think) makes a cassette with Shimano shaped splines, and Campy sized spacers and cogs. It worked fine for me.

You want to make your own by mixing the 2 cassettes ?? Never tried it.
