Most all of the major brands make a bike that will fit you. Specialized and Trek are what we sell and I would find a dealer in your area to get sized so you have an idea how it should fit before you look at used bikes. Trek are labeled as WSD for Women specific design. Specialized has a series of women's bikes as well. Do your homework before you go used as most people of your size usually end up with a bike several sizes to big just because they didn't do the research first. Also Trek does have financing and most good quality road bikes start around $800. Here in seattle you can find them used but they usually sell fast because of the size but the resale of these models is a lot higher then a standard men's bike of same level.
