I ride a Giant Defy I. Looking at a Trek FX for trails.
2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Nope.
3. do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I didn't start riding regularly again until I turned 46. My mileage is up and my speed is up since then. Surely my capacity to get faster is not what it was when I was younger.
4. How long have you been biking?
As long as I can remember. I got serious when I turned 46.
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
bopping around town?
I typically ride 20 miles to 30 miles. My longest is 40. i ride against the clock to monitor my performance.
6. How often do you bike?
My goal is 20 miles per night weeknights after work. I ride 25 to 30 on Saturday and Sunday. Those are my goals. I don't ride everyday. I have clocked 1500 miles since March.
