It's "CDS" (Craiglist Derangement Syndrome).

New York is by far the worst I've seen.

If it's older than 5 years, it's "vintage" and thus, worthy of current model MSRP. It's strongly prevalent in certain trendy hipster boroughs. It's unbelievable some of the garbage that some try to unload.

There are some deals to be found, but one has to scour the listings and respond quick. Some of the better deals: New Dura Ace 7800 Shifters/$135., Park Tool PS9 Repair Stand/$50., New Sidi Raiden Shoes/$49., Lezyne Alloy Floor Pump/Micro Floor Drive Pump/V5 Tool/Specialized Gloves-package deal/$65. Everything was in practically new condition.
