100mm MAX, If you have a hardtail why are you wanting to use 100mm travel on the front? YERRR fine the front will take the hit nicely but what on earth is the back end going to do! apart from go above your head and throw you off. i agree 65mm is poor i would go for 85mm travel you would never need any more. and if you do it will all end in disaster
