Bikes: No.22 Great Divide Disc, Specialized S-Works Roubaix, Specialized Epic EVO, Niner RLT 9 Steel, Cannondale RT2 Tandem

These go on the far outside of the grip (the very end of the bars) ... hence the term 'bar ends'. Nothing wrong with adding those to a bike like that. Two other options to look at that might be a little more comfy:
