Bikes: 73 Raleigh Supercourse, 99 Specialized Stumpjumer, 08 LeMond Tourmalet

I use a foam roller or one of those "stick" self massage tools every night before bed. The stick has been good for everything except IT bands and the back. For those the roller seems to work best.
