I have seen some pics of the box folded up and it seems designed to fit on the flat (shelf) of the rear rack. There may be an issue with that if the panniers are really full, but it seems the shelf is as wide at the box when folded. OTOH, there will be room with my tent, etc
SOMEWHERE on the rear rack to make sure the folded box comes along with me. That is what bungee cords/old tubes are for, eh?
For sure the box goes where I go with the bike and gear. No circle tours necessary -except around Iceland in a couple of years
Once I unpack arvon2 and put on my gear on the two racks I'll know. Yes, pics will follow. I just have to figure out how to reduce their pixel size and post them. Maybe I should post them on Flicker? Whaddya think?
Also, the Ergon GC3 grips look like the ones I will get. I await a reply from Ergon regarding several questions. Not cheap, but they seem to be excellent for my needs.
