Purchased a Cateye TL-LD1100 from Amazon. Rode with it twice and loved it! 3rd trip was a car trip to the greenway and then a couple of hours on the greenway where the light was not used. Got home from the greenway and the light was gone! The clip was still there where I had it clipped to my seat bag, but no light. I've never, ever had a light just come off like that while carrying a bike on a vehicle or riding on paved roads.
I wrote to Cateye asking if they shouldn't assume some of the responsibility for making a mount that would come off so easily. I asked if I could buy a refurb as paying another $32 so soon would hurt. Lo and behold, they sent me a replacement brand new unit at no charge. I'm a happy camper and have since bought my 2nd wireless computer. Can't beat good customer service. Recommended!!!
