I dunno, I haven't been really sold on the new LED lights out there. kinda faking a classic look with this headlight reminds me of those tacky fake antique phones they sell in house goods retro stores like Pottery Barn that have push buttons set into fake, non turning, rotary dials...... Maybe not nearly as bad as you cannot see the LED taht much, but it has the same "taste" for me, because I'll know.
I'd rather just have one with one of those super bulbs with the inert gas in it that boosts up the lumens. I have a couple of Maglite flashlights with those bulbs and they shine like 10 times brighter than they did with their regular bulbs. LEDs are just to...uhmmmm...new.
