Nope, not this time of year.
This weekend brings the first REAL storm of the year (though we've already had several snows, but Indian summer has prevailed) so I would imagine it will be the breaking point for the part-year commuters. With one exception in the past 3 weeks, everyone I've happened to chat with along the way is in it until the weather turns.

Last winter I would MAYBE see one other cyclist along my route.
