A number of my friends who are aerodynamicists by profession freely admit to not having reached that level.
Again people make into more than what it really is. All you are doing is trying to send an object through the air as efficiently as possible. If they don't grasp aerodynamics maybe they should find a new profession. This is probably the reason the 1980's Honda CRX had the lowest drag coefficient of any car until the first generation Honda Insight was developed. Clearly your friends must of designed the Kia Soul, and Nissan Cube.
