I've heard people use mx helmets for DH. But I've also heard that DH helmets are better and safer. Which should i buy? MTB or MX helmet?
Also, for shin guards, I'm not at the point of flying 30-40 mph so can I just use some good soccer shin guards? I know that sounds kinda weird (maybe) but I was just looking for some money saving ways.
