Love how USADA and USA Cycling always have to broadcast out to the World via the media that someone refused a test, to make some point of assumed guilt, which they have no proof of. But they must be so proud of themselves. Must be difficult to go through life as Cycling's perfect moral compass.

I don't care if everybody was allowed to dope it up..who cares. We got bigger sh&t in life to worry about than some 60+yr old dude that refused a piss test.
