I did the 40 minute Spinerval Video "Clydesdales."
Got up to a cadence of 148 and held 145 for several seconds several times.
I still can't do these things continuously - I don't have that long of an attention span - and take breaks - such as doing bench presses for a set, etc.
But, I did do the 40 minutes.
