ACS makes hubs, tires, freewheels and i think spokes...and rims....
there Flip/Flop hubs so your not going to be able to go lower than 36/13 in gearing...
try to save up for Cassete hubs..like Odyssey, Primo or Profile...there stronger, and you can join the micro-drivetrain craze...
