No I'm still deciding (build my own vs complete bike). This fixed gear idea came about a week ago.
Amazingly there is more to this than I thought if you build yourself. (hubs, cranks, chainline, 3/32" drivetrain vs 1/8" drivetrain etc)
The IRO looks pretty good if you want a high BB (pedal clearance) with road geometry. In contrast, the Biachi pista (or any dedicated track frame) is going to have a steep seat tube angle (75 degrees in a 59cm) for hunched over velodrome type riding.
There is always the people selling barely used new fixies on craigslist and ebay as well.
