No i mean put the inside of a bottle contraption. I put my spare tubular in the second bottle cage and the tools in a small bag. To be able to put the tools and the tubular in one container would be super cool.

Back in the day i was able to put a tubular under the saddle w/o any problem but now saddles are a lot lower so no room and I'm picky with scratches and stuff, thats why I was asking.
