I just got my PI Select jersey today...very nice fit, long arms and tail, Med fits me perfect 5'11 and 170 pounds. I suggest a polypro mesh sleeveless base, the PI Select jersey, and some kind of shell, hopefully one with venting on the back to let the sweat out to keep you dry and warm. PS..
