I think I'm leaning more towards the fixed now. I'd much rather have a Road geometry than a track since I would be using it on less hilly group rides (heh, bike path, my area is a monster), and zipping around campus, maybe doing some part time food delivery (like Jimmy John's).

I'd much rather build my bike than buy a complete. I think I may call up IRO, spec my bike (Mark V, Fixed/Fixed w/Black Velocity's, maybe bull horns) and have them not assemble it and send it loose.

I have to keep it under control though, I really want Phil's on Deep V's, King Headset, Lugged Steel frame with S&S couplers...
