So i am thinking about riding up to a skilodge (Mt Hood de PDX). I dont want to buy studded tires nor do I want to make them our of cross tires. Its gonna be slick up there. Here'r the questions

How well do City Ride tires do with the zip tye studds?

Has anyone here ever used zip tyes for studds? if so can you tell me about them?

Hits tips tricks and knowhow would be greatly appericiated.
