Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

+1 on the new fork. Properly correcting your mistake on the old fork will take way more time and expense then just buying a new one. Next time remember the rule; "measure twice, cut once".
