You need a proper stem to get a good TT position. IIRC they outlawed that "fairing" saddle as well. Add an old style rear disc and you'd be set.
I actually got a disc wheel with it. he also gave me 3 extra small front wheels as well. I rode it today and it was alot of fun. Didnt shift very well but rode great.
