Slippery stem clamps is generally the issue. Some #320 wet paper around the bar interface on the stem clamp ID will increase friction/retention for same stem clamp torque. Do NOT overtorque the bolts. The K-wing has a stout abrasive surface at the stem clamp interface that shouldn't slip.
Personally I keep my bikes inside but that's another discussion.
The stem has 4 bolts but the shop didn't use a torque wrench. Maybe they simply didn't tighten the bolts due to the carbon compond paste they used. Thanks for your info. If it slips again I'll get to the stem with the wet paper.

The bike is outside because it's my commuter and there is simply no space inside. (Japanese house) My "good" bike is inside.
