I have a pair of Pearl Izumi X-Alp Seek 3 WRX shoes and they work really well for cold weather commuting. They aren't really insulated but I have had good luck with them in Upstate NY winters. Once they break in they get fairly comfy for off the bike use as well. I often keep mine on while at work and I stand on my feet for 9 hours a day.
