clearly there should some actual real world driver training required before getting a driver's license, just like what the rest of the 1st world countries do. For example, drive with 2 hands on the wheel at 9 and 3, learn to look through corners and look further ahead than just your hood, operate controls smoothly, learn car control for when you accidently loose traction, etc.
