I see a second bar on top of the drop bar , go back and take some close ups ,
another day , if a regular commuter, so bike is in the rack again,
and if it really matters.

NB: the bar end kludge will not work on road bars
because the tubing that a road bar is formed of
is larger OD than the tube used to form the MTB riser bar,

If you want aero bars to put on your road bars , buy the right product.
